School Leadership
Spokane International Academy Administrators serve in a variety of support roles to ensure the mission and vision of SIA are being realized. Administrators work directly with SIA's Head of School.

Teaching & Other Certificated Positions
SIA teachers exhibit five specific attributes that make them able to educate our students in a way that inspires them to become leaders equipped with the skills our community needs in the future by challenging them academically and in the development of their character.

Substitute Teacher (SIA pays substitute teachers $160/day during the 23-24 school year)
Instructional Assistant
Spokane International Academy Instructional Assistants who work closely with teachers in the classroom, provide supervision of students throughout the day and serve and facilitate learning opportunities in small groups or one on one with students. SIA Instructional Assistants need to exhibit attributes that allow them to educate our students in a way that inspires them to become leaders equipped with the skills our community needs in the future by challenging them academically and in the development of their character.
Instructional Assistants who work at SIA must desire to become a classroom teacher in the future. Please see the following documents that detail this expectation and what steps can be taken to become a classroom teacher.
